What does CreatorML do?

CreatorML uses Predictive AI -- also known as "Machine Learning" or "ML" for short -- to tell YouTube creators what topics, titles, and thumbnails to use for their videos.

Learn from your data and other channel data what kinds of thumbnails and titles work, and have a safe way to see how changing your titles and thumbnails will affect your views over time.

Several big channels are already using it before uploading to take their thumbnail and titles, and optimize them to get the highest predicted view counts possible, and translated these better decisions into accelerated growth.

How does CreatorML help?

Our AI-powered ranker analyzes your title and thumbnail ideas for both new and old videos, and predicts how many views they will get before you either make the change or publish the new video.

In the View Predictor tool, supply your long-form video's titles, thumbnails, duration to instantly receive a view prediction for each title and thumbnail combination. Additionally, it will give you the probabilities that the video will be a "1 of 10" video when published to your channel.

This Predictive AI tool uses a machine learning model trained on YouTube view datapoints from 10,000,000+ long-form videos. Using that information, the model detects patterns in the thumbnails and titles that correlate well with high click-through rates, and therefore high view counts.

The model uses computer vision and natural language processing (NLP) in order to obtain view estimates that are the most accurate outside of YouTube itself. The model can be fine-tuned for specific channels; scroll down for more information on this.

Why am I only recieving a few title suggestions?

The suggested titles shown to you are ones that perfectly fit the parameters you set. There may be additional options that almost fit your criteria, so we recommend experimenting with specific or flexible guidelines.

How often should I upload my analytics with new data?

The predictor tools are retrained every two weeks with the most up to date information. Updating your personal channel data once per week will give you the best predictions based on any changes.

What variables affect my prediction / how do I make my predictions more accurate?

Video title, thumbnail, and duration all affect the accuracy of view predictions.

If you want to share your own channel data with the CreatorML platform, you can subscribe to our Pro plan.

The quality and accuracy of your predictions can increase by up to 60%.

How do I set up my CreatorML account?

Choose your subscription tier here and add your payment information using Stripe.

Once you've finished you will be taken to the home page of the CreatorML platform. The first thing you will see is a blue button directing you to "Add new project". There, you can add your YouTube channel URL and confirm "Add new project".

Now you are ready to explore all the tools and features of the CreatorML platform.

What is the View Predictor tool?

Our AI-powered View Predictor tool analyzes your title and thumbnail options for both new and old videos.

Simply add your choices along with additional details like your video duration and category and instantly receive a view prediction for the first days after publishing.

How do I use Video Search?

Using Video Search can search for any topic in general or update the Advanced Search Filters and search for content in our database.You can then order the results by different attributes.

For example, sort the result by "Views:Average (Outliers)" to find outlier videos that are overperforming versus the channel's average views.

Or you can use Video Search 's "Views Per Hour" sorting to see what's trending in your niche, and on YouTube as a whole.

Does CreatorML work on older videos?

Absolutely! Not only can you use our tools to better optimize your new content to get the biggest reach, you can experiment with past videos to see if you can give them a performance boost.

One of our top creators was testing different titles on an older video and not seeing a huge effect. He then used the CreatorML title suggestion feature and updated his original title from something simple explaining the topic of the video to a more engaging one suggested by CreatorML.

What if I want my data deleted?

If you want CreatorML to delete your data you can submit the request on your account's main organization page, or reach out to us at hello@creatorml.com

Can I update my account information?

Go to the upper right of your screen to open the account menu. You can select the settings logo on either the main account level or channel level and make changes from there. If you need help updating something you can reach out to us at support@creatorml.com

Does video length or duration affect YouTube Click-Through Rate (CTR)?

Video length (a.k.a. "duration") has a big impact on your click-through rate (CTR) on YouTube. Longer is not always better, and neither is shorter. It depends on your audience and niche.

When viewers are searching for content on YouTube, they see how long video is right on the thumbnail. Viewers may make their decision whether or not to watch based on how much of a time investment it will be.

A 10 minute video will likely have a lower CTR than a 6 minute video, but more than a 30 minute video. In some ways, you can think of the video duration as the "attention price-tag" of a YouTube video. How much time is a viewer willing to spend?

How does CreatorML help increase my Click-Through Rate (CTR) on YouTube?

As a Pro level user, you will have access to an advanved View Predictor that is fine-tuned to your channel’s audience viewing behavior. Your predictions can be up to 60% more accurate. All CreatorML needs to build a custom view predictor for your channel is a snapshot of the last 28 days of analytics data from your channel's YouTube Studio.

If I have multiple channels, do I need to sign up for multiple subscriptions?

CreatorML allows you to have multiple YouTube channels linked to your account through an Organization. Subscriptions are per Organization. Each separate channel will have its own project within the same organization.

You can "Add a new project" at the top of the left side menu and switch back and forth between your projects with ease.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Your payments will be processed by Stripe, which allows most methods of payment. This includes cards (credit or debit), bank transfers, and most currencies. You can find more information on their site here.

Will my subscription auto-renew?

Once you have signed up for your CreatorML account and provided your payment information, your subscription will renew monthly on the same date. Your cancellation request will take effect on the next billing date.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your organization's settings panel.

Simply locate the Subscription Details section and click on the Manage in Stripe button.
